  1. Noah, as I’m writing this you have 28 minutes left in your flight to Guatemala City. (Yes, I am that nerd who loves tracking the flight all the way down there! LOL 😉 ) This team is so blessed to have you on it. Your servant heart, your joy and contagious grin is going to be needed each and every day. Praying that as you go thru the week you are able to see God’s hand directing you.
    Have a great day building!

  2. Hey Noah,
I’m glad you arrived safely. Your going to do great things this week and you will be ano amazing leader out there. Jesus’ death and resurrection and the people around you are what give meaning and purpose to life. Give all the glory to God and remember that all the people that you encounter this week, God loves just as much as he loves you. Be who you are in Christ and know that it is with his power that you will accomplish great things. Some suggested places to read are Ephesians 2 and John 14:11-14.
    Love you,
    Nate

    • Hey Nate, Yes our work days went very well and today was our dedication day to the families, Christ has moved so many hearts and the Holy Spirit has won over many souls. I am very thankful for you guys and your prayers as they are very important for our mission of doing the possible and letting God do the impossible. Those verses really meant a lot to me and I thank you for the continued support through prayer and thought. Miss you!! Love, Noah

  3. Hey noah, I hope your being blessed during your time serving again in Guatemala. It’s obvious through the pics I’ve seen so far that God is using your hard work and smile to bless those around you. Are you using your spanish to talk to those your building the house for, if you are I’m sure if you trying to bring joy to them by being like Christ. Thanks for your early Fathers day email! I’m blessed to have a son like you. Make sure you and Alan don’t mess around during the building process, I’m sure your having alot of fun working with him. Have a great rest of the week! Love you a ton, Dad

    • Hey Dad, yes this week has been a great revelation of what I have been struggling with and crying out to God to guide me through my struggles. Yes I try to use some spanish with the people I come into contact with, but nichole is much better at that than I am. I meant every word of it and I am very thankful for the continued support and prayers that have helped us conquer the devil’s distractions. Haha! yeah Al and I are having a blast, although he was pretty mad after Connor and I beat him in eukure 2 times in a row. 🙂 Miss you!! Love you Dad, Noah

  5. Hello Shrek(I mean Noah)!!
We are so proud of your willingness to leave the comforts of home and share Christ’s love with people who are so in need. What a neat experience for you and everyone else. We prayed for a safe flight for all of you and God answered that prayer. We pray daily for your safety and health and for you to be used by the Lord in whatever way He chooses. These prayers are also answered. Are you singing for these people? You have a wonderful gift, so share it with them.
Stay strong in the Lord! We love very much! Grandpa & Grandma S.

  9. Hey noah, sounds like you guys have had an amazing trip so far. Reading the posts from others especially Nats and moms. God is doing amazing things, probably more so in your hearts than the ones your serving. I can’t wait to see you guys, but I can’t say we feel a little out of touch with what your experiencing without being there ourselves. We are praying for a safe trip back and can’t wait to see you guys and hear your stories. When you get a chance read 1 Peter 4:10 it goes well with what your doing this week in using what gifts God has given each of you. Love you bud! Make sure you give my girls a hug, including Mom 🙂

  10. Noah, can you believe you are at your last day in Guatemala? It doesn’t seem possible as you reflect on all that you accomplished this week. It has been such a blessing to be able to “go” with you and the team thru this blog. My prayer this week for you is that you found clarity in what was important and that you would continue to allow God to use your many gifts and talents to bring Glory to Him. Enjoy today in Antigua. Praying for tonights final worship time as you all go to the Cross. In His grip,
    Kristy
